Watch your Speed!

I returned from a business trip this week...and as I was heading out of the parking deck at Airport, I noticed a speed limit sign posted.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go into double digits...

I would love to know how much money was spent to research the "exact" speed that cars should go while driving through the the PARKING GARAGE!! You know that there are probably 1000 extra 5 MPH and 10 MPH signs lying in storage, but some genius thought better to go with 9 MPH!
